Cancellation Policy

Should you no longer require your appointment, please cancel it giving at least 2 working days (48 hours) notice so your appointment may be offered to someone else.  

Please do not just not turn up as a charge will be made for failed appointments.

We provide a text message reminder service. Please ask the reception team for details.

We reserve the right to ask for prepayment in advance or withold treatment if you regularly fail to keep appointments.

Prepayments are not refunded if you fail your appointment or do not cancel giving at least 2 working days notice of the cancellation.
