The reconstructed toenail will not damage the natural nail or restrict growth, instead the natural nail is able to grow beneath the prosthetic reconstructed toenail.

Unlike hard acrylic products used by nail technicians for fingernails, Wilde-Pedique is flexible polymer gel which is designed to look and feel exactly the same as a natural nail. Because it is flexible, it will move with the toe, feel comfortable and therefore last longer.
What to Expect From Your Visit
We take cross contamination seriously. We work in a clinically clean envirionment and use autoclave sterilised instruments to minimise the risk of infection. Disposable brushes are used to apply the recostruction gel and we never double dip.
The reconstructed nail can last anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months. This is depending on your lifestyle, activities and overall health and the rate at which the natural toenail grows beneath.
Our application process
- The natural toenail is prepared by reducing any thickness or damage
- The natural toenail is cleaned and disinfected to remove oils and bacteria
- The Wilde-Pedique gel is then applied in layers, each layer is cured under a UV light
- When the desired look and thickness has been achieved, the recostructed nail is shaped to look like a natural nail, buffed smooth and sealed

How do I look after my reconstructed toenail?
Immediately following reconstruction, keep the toe dry for 12 hours and avoid soaking it in water.
Avoid wearing high or tight fitting footwear as excess pressure on the reconstructed toenail may cause it to lift.
How long does the appointment take?
1 toenail takes approximateley 30 minutes
2 toenails take approximateley 50 minutes
How long will it last?
The reconstructed nail can last anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months or more, depending on your lifestyle, activities, overall health and the rate that the natural toenail grows at beneath the reconstructed toenail.

What do I need to do in preparation?
It is essential that your natural toenail is completely dry prior to the procedure. Please do not shower, bathe or swim prior to treatment application, instead bathe the night before to let the nail dry out thoroughly.
